Darren Casey from Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland started Irish dancing at the age of eight for Scoil-Rince Mona Ni Rodaigh Dun Dealgan. After many years of national and international competitive success he joined Riverdance aged 18, touring the globe entertaining audiences from all walks of life. In 2012 Darren was a member of dance group Prodijig that famously went on to win the hit television show Got to Dance and later played an integral role in Prodijig’s full stage show Footstorm touring the UK and Ireland. Darren returned to Riverdance for the 20th anniversary tour and has since toured with Heartbeat of Home; enjoying a run in London’s West End among other highlights.
